Happy Leap Day!

 

The past two plus weeks have been an interest rate bonanza! Rates are currently at 2 year lows. Why? Oil prices dropped below $30 a barrel, China’s uncertain economy and the unexpected kicker, Germany. There have been signs of Germany’s economy not performing at the level analysts have predicted…As I’ve mentioned from time to time, we’re a global economy, and the latest economic issues has been a major boom for our mortgage rates.

 

Just thought I would share a few instances of staying in touch with your past customers. Over the past three days I have received calls from clients that I closed loans for in 1988 ( second one from that year in the past 6 months ) as well as from 2004 and 2007, all looking at refinancing. Stay consistent at staying in touch, whether it is mailing them, sending an email or just picking up the phone and saying “Hello”. It pays to stay in touch!

 

With that said, the below interest rates are a perfect Segway in reaching out to your past clients. They may have a great rate, but at least you updated your relationship with them. Just my two cents. I’m always available to you and your clients at 925-918-7664.
